Distribution Facility located in Maitland Fl, is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Shipping Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with order fulfillment. 

Skills: 

- Proficiently manage bills of lading and ensure they are up to date. 

-Skilled in Excel for various administrative tasks. 

- Conduct accurate and efficient data entry. 

- Handle paperwork with meticulous attention to detail and organization. 

- Possess the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. 

- Experienced in utilizing multiple shipping computer platforms. 

- Familiarity with E-Commerce operations. 

- Provide exceptional customer service. 

- Collaborate with the sales team to provide support as needed. 

- Available Monday to Friday from 7 am to 3:30 pm. 

- Compensation: $17 per hour.
